Porch Pirate Who Stole Packages From Maryland Apartment Building Arrested, Police Say Months after a porch pirate went free after robbing a Maryland apartment complex, police say that they have apprehended a wanted suspect. Silver Spring resident Scott Brigden, 52, has been arrested and will face criminal charges after allegedly breaking into several mailboxes and stealing multiple pieces of mail and packages, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police.
