Virginia Marine Among 3 Dead In Osprey Crash A U.S. Marine from Virginia was among three killed in an Osprey crash in Australia over the weekend. U.S. Marine Corps Corporal Spencer R. Former US Marine, Police Officer, Sheriff's Sergeant Dies In Maryland A former US Marine and longtime police officer in Maryland died on Thursday, Sept. 1 at the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office announced. Sgt. George Kramer, who had a lengthy law career in Prince George’s and St. Mary’s counties reportedly passed away peacefully at the Veterans Home, according to Sheriff Tim Cameron.
