Vandal Spray Paints 'Groomer' On Pair Of Maryland Libraries, Police Say A 30-year-old Montgomery County man was arrested for spray painting the word “groomer” on a pair of libraries in Prince George’s counties. Charles Sutherland, of Takoma Park, is believe to have vandalized the buildings on June 4 at the Greenbelt Branch Library, and June 9 at the  New Carrollton Branch Library, Prince George’s County Police said. Sutherland is charged with two counts of malicious destruction of property and multiple hate crimes related to defacing the building. He has confessed to the incidents.
