Baltimore Man Charged With Paying For International Video Chats Exposing Young Children
A Baltimore man has admitted to and been charged with soliciting child pornographic videos and images from another country, authorities said. Steven Bickling, 48, pleaded guilty to coercion and enticement of a minor on Thursday, March 17, according to the US Attorney’s Office for Maryland. Bickling faces a minimum sentence of 10 years and a maximum sentence of life in prison, followed by up to a lifetime of parole.
