Police Seek Answers After Toddler Is Found Roaming Baltimore Neighborhood Police are looking for the parents or guardians of a young girl who was found roaming a Baltimore neighborhood, authorities say. The toddler, whose name may be "Zara", was found unattended in the 800 block of Saratoga Street on the morning of Tuesday, August 2, according to Baltimore Police. Officers attempted to locate the parents or guardians of the child but were unsuccessful. Residents of the area also claimed they did not recognize the toddler. The young girl was taken to a hospital to be evaluated.
