One Killed When Tractor-Trailer Goes Off Road, Breaks Electrical Support Pole Near MD School
All lanes have been reopened on the Jacob Tome Memorial Highway in Cecil County after a fatal crash tied up traffic on Thursday morning. Police have identified Port Deposit resident Dylan Edwards, 26, as the driver who was killed in a crash while he was pulling a 2003 tanker trailer on Route 276 that led to power lines in the roadway, shutting down lanes in both direction on Thursday, June 22.
