Police ID Children Struck, Killed Walking Near Maryland Elementary School Two children were killed and a third man was injured on Monday morning when they were struck by a driver walking near a Prince George's County elementary school. Children Struck, Killed Walking To Elementary School In Maryland, Police Say Two students were killed walking to school on Monday morning in Prince George's County, police say. The Riverdale Park Police Department issued an alert advising that at around 8 a.m. on Monday, two children were walking to school when they were struck by a driver near the intersection of Riverdale and Taylor roads.  At approximately 8:00 this morning RPPD was dispatched for a collision involving two children walking to school, at Riv Rd & Taylor.
