Ronnie Harris Jr., 38, Janay Barksdale, 33, and Morgan Reed, 40 have all been arrested in connection to the murder of 31-year-old James Moore. Both Barksdale and Reed are repeat offenders and Harris is a repeat violent offender. Police were called to the unit block of Morris Road for a reported shooting shortly before 2 a.m. on January 31, 2022.
