Reginald Dunlap, a 45-year-old Silver Spring resident, was sentenced to 55 years in prison for murdering his wife, Lauren Charles in 2021, authorities said. Silver Spring Man Convicted Of Killing Wife With Buddha Statue, Pillowcase A Silver Spring man has been found guilty of the murder of his wife that occurred back in 2021, authorities announced. Reginald Dunlap, 45, was found guilty on Monday, March 13, after the violent slaying of his wife, 40-year-old Lauren Charles, in March 2021, according to the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office.
