A 50-year-old Westminster man has been arrested and charged with the fatal stabbing of Miriam Glowacki in Carroll County over the weekend. Matthew Glowacki has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder in connection to the death of the 45-year-old woman on Saturday, July 27. At around noon on Saturday afternoon, troopers were called to a home in the 1200 block of Ridge Road in Westminster, where there was a report of a woman attempting to harm herself. Police were working to identify the man who was shot and killed in the Columbia Mall in Howard County Saturday, July 27. Police were called to the food court on reports of gunfire where they found 17-year-old Columbia resident Angelo Little dead at the scene around 6:10 p.m., they said. The suspects had left mall property when police arrived, however, there was no ongoing threat or danger to the public. Two people were injured near the Germantown Library when a Mazda crashed through a fence and came to rest hanging off a wall on Thursday morning. Shortly before 8 a.m., first responders in Montgomery County were called to the 19800 block of Century Boulevard near Commons Drive in Germantown, when a vehicle hopped a curb, went through a guardrail and was "suspended off (an) elevated area wall," according to officials. Police in Baltimore announced the arrest of Omar Passmore, who had been wanted in the murder of 12-year-old Breaunna Cormley. The girl was shot around 8 p.m. on Friday, July 19 in the 500 block of North Kenwood Avenue, police said.
