Reward Offered For Gar-Field Fair Ground Shooting In Prince William County: Police Authorities are offering a reward of up to $6,000 for information regarding a shooting that occurred in Prince William County earlier this year that injured a teenage girl.  The suspected shooter is described as a Black male, possibly in his teens, who was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, black pants and white shoes at the time of the shooting.  The incident happened at the Gar-Field High School fair grounds in Woodbridge around 9:22 p.m. on April 15, Prince William County police said. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment, police said.  A suspect was also taken into custody. The investigation is ongoing but police believe this was an isolated incident.
