A father is rallying the community's support for his son following a fatal two-vehicle crash as he hopes to provide him a proper send off. DC resident Tyrone Allen, Jr., 25, was killed in a crash shortly before 4 p.m. on Sunday May 5 on 3600 block of Silver Hill Road in Suitland involving a sedan and pick-up truck, according to investigators. Investigators from the Prince George's County Police Department determined that both vehicles collided in the eastbound lane of the road, causing Allen's fatal injuries. A Prince George's County Police officer has been suspended after allegedly assaulting a Charles County Sheriff's deputy investigating a reported domestic disturbance, officials say. Officer Charles Williams, Jr., who has been with the department since 2015, was arrested early on Tuesday morning for assault. One person was killed after four drivers were involved in a crash on Monday afternoon in Prince George's County, police confirmed. Officers were called at approximately 12:30 p.m. on May 6 to the 11200 block of Laurel Bowie Road in Laurel, where there was a reported crash involving four vehicles.
