Officers from the Montgomery County Department o Police were called to the Walt Whitman High School on Friday morning to investigate a reported threat. An alert was issued by the agency shortly before 11 a.m. on June 7 regarding a possible threat targeting the building. Police say that officers secured the area and are working to verifying the validity of the claim. The nature of the threat was not disclosed by investigators. New details have been released by the Metropolitan Police Department after a 41-year-old Northeast DC man was killed in an officer-involved shooting. Victim Falls Off Bridge, Dies In I-395/I-95 Crash In Baltimore: Report
A person involved in a car crash fell off a bridge and died along Interstate 95 at Interstate 395 Sunday night, Aug. 13 in Baltimore, CBS News reports. The person was getting out of their car after one crash when another crash happened, and they were thrown off the bridge into the water around 10:25 p.m., the outlet said.
