A Virginia woman and a dog were killed in an early morning crash in Prince George's County, Maryland State Police officials announced. Kerri Snead, 32, has been identified by police as the person killed while crossing I-495 in Camp Springs at around 3 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 8. The crash was reported near Joint Base Andrews. Several family pets were killed when a blaze broke out inside a Charles County home on Wednesday, the Maryland Fire Marshal announced. Crews from the Naval District Washington Fire Department were called to a Bland Drive home in Indian head shortly before 1 p.m. on Oct. 11, where there was a fire that broke out in the family's living room.
