Tipsters Lead Police To Armed Man At Virginia Church Following Instagram Threats
Sunday services were less than holy on Sunday morning as police in Virginia and Maryland investigated threats of violence, authorities say. Falls Church resident Rui Jiang, 35, is facing charges after a joint investigation into alleged threats at the Park Valley Church in Haymarket on Sunday, Sept. 24.
