Trash Truck Fire Ties Up Traffic On I-95 In Maryland On Tuesday A stretch of I-95 was shut down on Tuesday afternoon when a trash truck went up in flames.  The evening commute is expected to be impacted by the lane closures, which were reported at approximately 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11 in the southbound lanes near O'Donnell Street in Baltimore. Officials say that upon arrival, first responders found the truck fully engulfed, though no injuries were reported. Shortly after 3 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2021, off-duty Baltimore Police Sgt. David Burch was getting a haircut at Bladi Style Barbershop on O’Donnell Street when Carlos David Ortega walked in and pulled out a handgun from his waistband. Shooting Suspect Apprehended, Charged With Attempted Murder In Maryland A 38-year-old man has been arrested in connection to an attempted murder investigation of a man in Baltimore earlier this month, authorities say. Rooney Poudyel is believed to have fired several shots in the 2900 block of O'Donnell Street, shortly before 3 a.m., Monday, July 11, according to Baltimore police. The shots resulted in bullets grazing the 31-year-old victim in the arm. Poudyel has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
