Police ID Man Killed In Navy Yard Easter Sunday Apartment Shooting In DC A 44-year-old man was shot and killed inside a Southeast DC apartment building on Easter Sunday, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Investigators identified Northwest DC resident Michael James Quander, Jr., 44, as the person who was gunned down inside a residential building in the Navy Yard over the weekend.
