Disney Hat-Wearing Man Wanted Amid Ongoing Indecent Conduct Investigation On Takoma Park Trail New reports of indecent exposure and conduct along the Sligo Creek Trail in Montgomery County are being probed by police, officials say. On Friday afternoon, the Takoma Park Police issued a new advisory as they continue their attempts to locate a man who has terrorized several women while sporting a Disney-themed bucket hat on multiple occasions.  The incidents were reported between Sunday, July 14 and Saturday, Aug. 17 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on the trail between Carroll and Garland Avenue in Takoma Park. Impressive Stereo System Never Got Chance To Be Heard In MoCo Park, Thanks To Police An impressive stereo system never got the chance to be heard at a Montgomery County park after a confrontation by a park officer, officials say. The officer approached the owner of the massive setup before the speakers were able to create a nuisance at the Sligo Dennis Park, according to the Montgomery County Park Police. The park police went on to remind residents that amplified music is prohibited at all parks.
