Goodbye Tattoo Tom: DMV Pediatric Cancer Community Loses Pillar Of Strength Members of the pediatric cancer community across the DMV are mourning the loss of Thomas Miller, who died unexpectedly on April 18, according to a campaign launched in support of his children. Miller, who was more well-known as Tattoo Tom, founded the StillBrave Childhood Cancer Foundation as a single dad, in honor of his daughter, Shayla.
