20 Juveniles Arrested For Series Of Armed Carjackings Across Baltimore: State’s Attorney
Nearly two dozen juveniles were arrested for a series of armed carjackings throughout Baltimore, authorities announced Wednesday, April 3. Jury Finds Man Guilty Of Murder In Shooting Of Baltimore Police Officer Keona Holley
One of the suspects accused of killing Baltimore Police Officer Keona Holley in December 2021 has been found guilty of first-degree murder, bringing what officers are hoping is a “sense of closure and peace” to her loved ones. The devoted officer and mother of four was fatally shot on Dec. 16, 2021 during a line-of-duty ambush and taken off life support a week later. Five officers have been indicted in three separate cases in Baltimore, authorities said. Corporal Zachary James Small, a member of the Baltimore County Police Department, was indicted by a Baltimore City Grand Jury on Second-Degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Excessive Force, and Misconduct in Office, State’s Attorney Ivan J. A Maryland man has been convicted of killing a security guard working around Morgan State University apartments last summer, the Baltimore City State’s Attorney announced on Thursday. Chase Wilson, 22, was found guilty of murder and other charges for the fatal shooting of Julian Fruh in the 4400 block of Marble Hall Road in August last year in Baltimore. A repeat violent offender was sentenced to two life sentences after a murder streak in May 2021, authorities announced.
