A contractor in downtown DC found himself in a perilous position after suffering an injury while working on the roof of a building on Tuesday morning. Two firefighters were injured in Prince George's County on Thursday night when a tractor-trailer crashed into an ambulance and several other vehicles. Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Liberty Heights and North Hilton Avenue around 10:30 pm., Sunday, April 16 after receiving reports of a two-vehicle crash. A man is in critical condition after an overnight shooting in Baltimore, authorities say. Officers were able to locate the 32-year-old victim who was suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds in the 800 block of North Belnord Avenue after reports of a shooting around 2:30 a.m., Monday, Nov. 28, according to Baltimore police. A child is in grave condition after being shot in Baltimore earlier this week, authorities say. The 13-year-old girl was shot shortly before 5:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 7 in the 1400 block of East Fayette Street, according to Baltimore police.
