Peeping Tom Reportedly Spied On University Of Maryland Student Inside Bathroom Police in Montgomery County are attempting to track down a man who is wanted in connection to a voyeur incident at the University of Maryland. On Monday afternoon, members of the UMD Police Department were called to Hagerstown Hall, where a female student reported a Peeping Tom who was spying on her while she was in the bathroom. According to investigators, the student said she was inside the bathroom when she saw a cellphone peering over the shower curtain, prompting her to shout and the suspect to scamper off down a nearby staircase.
