Man Drowns In Potomac River After Jumping Near Woodrow Wilson Bridge: Report A 37-year-old man drowned after jumping into the Potomac River near the Woodrow Wilson Bridge on Memorial Day, Fox5 reports.  The man jumped from an anchored vessel south of the bridge around 6 p.m., the outlet said citing Maryland Natural Resources Police.
