Silver Spring Dunkin' Donuts Offers Free Coffee Or Ice Cream For A Year To First 100 Guests Dunkin' Donuts is celebrating their Grand Opening in Silver Spring with a with a free coffee or free ice cream scoops for a year giveaway, officials say. The Next Generation combo restaurant of Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins located at 115 University Boulevard West will open to the public on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 9 a.m., and the first 100 guests will receive the choice of free ice cream scoops or free coffee for a year, announced Dunkin' Donuts officials.
