Maryland Police Impersonator Tells Driver Sexual Act Would Clear Her Of Wrongdoing Authorities are seeking the police impersonator who stopped a Maryland driver and told her that if she performed a sexual act that "everything would be forgotten." The woman was heading south on Fort Smallwood Road near Kembo Road in Curtis Bay at approximately 12:40 a.m. on Feb. 3, when she was stopped by an unmarked vehicle illuminating solid (non-flashing) red and blue overhead lights, Anne Arundel County Police said.
