Police say that a District man has been apprehended after being busted with drugs during a traffic stop in Prince George’s County. DC resident Jamal Hykeem Matthis, 33, was arrested and is facing multiple drug charges after an investigation in Largo when he was stopped for speeding, according to Maryland State Police on Tuesday, March 28.
