Maryland State Police are seeking the public's help in finding a suspect who shot and killed a tow truck driver last weekend in Prince George's County. Delonte Hicks, 29, of Washington DC, was shot while he and another driver were traveling on Route 50 (John Hanson Highway) just before 4:45 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, police said.
