Montgomery County Man Charged In Connection With Fatal Overdose Of 16-Year-Old: Police A 23-year-old man from Montgomery County has been charged with the fatal overdose of a 16-year-old from Bethesda, authorities said. Mikiyas Kefyalew, of Piney Branch, was charged for allegedly selling counterfeit Percocet pills to the victim on Jan. 17, Montgomery County Police said.  An official cause of death determined the victim died from Fentanyl intoxication. Traces of Fentanyl were found in the pills the victim took, police said.
