Chipotle is cranking up the flavor for the summer with its first new dip in five years.
The restaurant chain will soon start offering Adobo Ranch, the company announced on Monday, June 9. The smoky and spicy dip will be available across North America on Tuesday, June 17.
Adobo Ranch marks Chipotle's first new dip since the launch of Queso Blanco in 2020. Made fresh in-house with adobo pepper, sour cream, and a signature blend of herbs and spices, the dip aims to bring an extra kick to burritos, bowls, salads, tacos, and quesadillas.

Serial Trespassers Cause Commotion At Maryland Chipotle: Sheriff
A pair of repeat trespassers who refused to take no for an answer were taken into custody after causing a disturbance at a Maryland Chipotle, police said.
Deputies were called to the fast-casual restaurant on West Dares Beach Road in Prince Frederick late last month, for a reported trespassing incident, according to the Calvert County Sheriff's Office.
Upon arrival, deputies encountered Sterling Willis McClendon, 60, and Tyree Tyquonna Nolan, 28, both of no fixed address, despite both previously being banned indefinitely from the shopping center.
