Suspect In Custody For 2018 Killing Of Former MD HS Basketball Superstar: Police More than four years after a Morgan State College basketball player and Maryland high school standout was gunned down getting into her car, police in Baltimore County say that they have identified a suspect who has been taken into custody. On Sept. 6, 2018, 25-year-old Tracey Carrington was getting into a vehicle in the unit block of West Overlea Avenue when she was shot multiple times by an assailant later identified as Kenneth Davis. Police arrested the first suspect at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 20, around the same time the package was found near the middle school, according to Baltimore County Police. Dead Baltimore County Music Teacher Was Recording People Without Their Knowledge: Police Numerous of recordings taken of people without their knowledge were recovered from the home of a deceased Baltimore County music instructor, authorities said.  Scott Tiemann, 46, taught music lessons at several schools in the area as well as at his Pikesville home up until his death, Baltimore County Police said. Tiemann was to have died by suicide, Fox Baltimore reports.
