Suspect Charged With May Murder Of Man Found Dead In Maryland Home, Police Say A 24-year-old suspect has been arrested for his alleged role in the killing of a man found unresponsive in a Prince George's County months ago, authorities announced on Wednesday. Hyattsville resident Joiker Avila-Avila is facing murder and other charges in connection to the death of Sandeep Gupta, 54, in the Town of Berwyn Heights. According to police, at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Friday, May 12, officers were called to the 8600 block of Cunningham Drive, where Gupta was found inside unresponsive. Infant's Death Forces 4moms To Recall Over 2 Million Baby Swings, Rockers The company 4moms has issued a recall of over 2 million infant swings, rockers after the death of a 10-month-old infant. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the massive recall on Monday, August 15. "When the swing or rocker is not in the use, their restraint straps can hang below the seat and non-occupant crawling infants can become entangled in the straps, posing entanglement and strangulation hazards," CPSC stated.
