Death At Montgomery County Park Now Being Investigated As Homicide, Police Say A September death investigation in a Bladensburg park has taken a grim turn after authorities ruled it a homicide, Prince George’s County Police said Monday. Ricardo Ramos Andrade, 55, of Colmar Manor, was found unresponsive on Sept. 25 at approximately 6:35 a.m. in a park on the 4600 block of Annapolis Road.  Officers from Maryland-National Capital Park Police pronounced him dead at the scene. Investigation revealed that Michelle Hernandez, 22, was traveling west on Annapolis Road when she lost control of the vehicle for unknown reasons around 8:15 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 1, according to Prince George's County police.
