Maryland Counties Having Technical Issues With 911 Calls At least two locales in Maryland are having issues at their 911 call centers, officials are advising. Alerts were issued in Washington and Anne Arundel counties on Tuesday, Aug. 22, as they dealt with technical difficulty involving emergency calls.
