A 56-year-old Pennsylvania predator is facing charges in Frederick County after being busted having sexually explicit conversations with an undercover officer posing as a 13-year-old girl. According to the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, on Thursday, April 20, Ronald Laman, of Chambersburg, initiated an illicit conversation with what he believed to be a teen girl, who was in fact a detective doing online surveillance and investigation.
