At around 10:45 p.m. on Jan. 18, an officer from the 2nd District responded to assist with a shooting call in the 3rd District in Gaithersburg when he was rear-ended by a driver at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Grace Church Road, officials said. Witness Credited For Helping Capture Tobacco Shop Robbers In MD, Police Say Members of the community helped apprehend a pair of wanted Baltimore men who broke into a Montgomery County shop this week, authorities announced on Friday. Nathan Stewart and Donald Pevia III, both 20, have been apprehended after forcing their way into a Island Smoke Tobacco Shop location and stealing property from the store.  The robbery was reported at approximately 3:50 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 21 in the 7900 block of Norfolk Avenue.
