Fernando Rivera, 14, was last seen in the 17400 block of Winter Laurel Drive around 9 a.m., Sunday, July 17, say Montgomery County police. Rivera is described as 5-feet 2-inches tall, and weighs 110 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what he was last seen wearing. Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
