Catonsville resident John Lang, 32, smirked at the camera after being arrested over the weekend following a probe into multiple assaults and threats that were made on the interstate. Elijah Sattler was being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center in the death of Tyran Caulk, county police said.
