Two University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) students were killed, and two others suffered critical injuries after being struck head-on by a suspected intoxicated wrong-way driver in Delaware.
Delaware State Police identified 22-year-old Eric Staley, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Willow Grove, Pennsylvania resident Makayla Belton, 18, as the two who were killed in a fatal crash on Sunday in Seaford involving a Honda Pilot and Nissan Rogue.

A Toyota Camry was heading west in the left turn lane when it was struck by an eastbound BMW 528 on Pulaski Highway (Route 40) at Wells Camp Road in North East around 9 p.m., State Police said.

Montgomery County School Bus Crashes Head On Into Passenger Van: Police
Authorities say that a school bus full of kids is safe after colliding with a passenger van on Wednesday morning.
The van appeared to have crashed head-on with the occupied bus around 9 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 22, in the 9600 block of Accord Drive, off River Road, according to a Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesperson.
Rescue personnel quickly arrived to help after the collision, and evaluated all parties involved, he said.

A former Coppin State basketball star has died after a fatal bicycle collision in Delaware, authorities confirm.
Larry Yarbray, 51, a Chester, Pennsylvania native, was killed after being struck by a vehicle in the Camden Wyoming area on Saturday, Sept. 10, according to Delaware State Police.
Yarbray was an avid bicyclist and still holds the Baltimore school's career record for assists, helping lead the team to their first NCAA tournament appearance in 1990.
