Officers were called at 11:43 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19, to Aurora Hills Library in the 700 block of 18th Street S. for a report of disorderly conduct, Arlington County Police said. A 22-year-old man has been accused of sexually assaulting a transgender person he targeted using a dating app in Maryland. Jalen Green was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree assault, armed robbery, weapons offenses, and other related charges, Baltimore County Police said Thursday, Feb. 15.
