Armed And Dangerous: Arrest Made Of Maryland Man Wanted For Fatal Pennsylvania Shooting Authorities have apprehended a man wanted in connection with a deadly shooting that rocked the Chambersburg community last month, officials announced. Joshua Martin Bresnick, 32, was arrested early Friday, Jan. 3, 2025, during a Pennsylvania State Police raid at a home on Buchanan Trail in McConnellsburg. He is accused of fatally shooting 20-year-old Rakeem Floyd on Dec. 18, 2024, outside Southgate Mall, Chambersburg police said.
