The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office issued an alert for Noel Tennant who was last seen on Monday, June 13 near South Court Street in Frederick. Tennant was described as being approximately 5-foot-6 weighing 110 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time she was last seen.
