On Friday, officers were called to Saint Agnes Hospital, where the child was taken after being struck in the leg by a bullet, and they spoke with the victim’s father and babysitter, causing some confusion. The babysitter said that early on Friday, Aug. 11, she was at Druid Hill Park near the pool and playground area with the child when reportedly gunshots rang out.
