Fatal I-270 Police Pursuit That Left Distressed Driver Dead Under Investigation By Maryland AG The Maryland Attorney General’s Office has launched an investigation into a fatal police pursuit that left one dead and two injured in Montgomery County on Saturday morning. At approximately 5 a.m. on Saturday, May 20, officers from the Montgomery County Department of Police were called to the area of Rockledge Drive in North Bethesda, to conduct a welfare check following reports of an unresponsive man in a vehicle.
