A 60-year-old man has been arrested and charged for allegedly setting a massive fire that led to a building collapse in Washington County over the weekend. Kevin Lee Spielman was arrested on Tuesday, March 26 following an extensive investigation into the fire inside the former Snooks Poultry on Sunday night. Teen Accused Of Murder In Maryland Home Charged As Adult, Sheriff Says
A 16-year-old will be charged as an adult following a fatal midday shooting inside a Washington County home, authorities announced. Kamari Kenyon Meniefield, 16, is being held behind bars for his alleged role in the murder of 23-year-old Devin Anthony Meniefield earlier this week in Hagerstown.
