More than four years after a Morgan State College basketball player and Maryland high school standout was gunned down getting into her car, police in Baltimore County say that they have identified a suspect who has been taken into custody. On Sept. 6, 2018, 25-year-old Tracey Carrington was getting into a vehicle in the unit block of West Overlea Avenue when she was shot multiple times by an assailant later identified as Kenneth Davis. A Baltimore man is recovering after being shot in the buttocks overnight, police say. One person was hospitalized in Maryland overnight in Carroll County when a fast-moving fire broke out in a Sykesville garage. The Maryland Attorney General's Office has released body-worn camera footage from a fatal police-involved shooting last month that took the life of a knife-wielding 23-year-old in Frederick County.
