A man will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life following a near two-decade prison term for sexually assaulting a minor, the Frederick County State's Attorney's Office announced on Monday afternoon. Men from Maryland and Virginia are among three who have been charged in connection to a string of swatting incidents across the country, federal authorities announced.
