Four minors were apprehended and charged for their roles in an assault and subsequent armed robbery in Frederick, police say. On Sunday night, officers from the Frederick Police Department were called to the area of Horizon Drive, where there were reports of an assault in progress involving multiple minors who attacked their victim before robbing him. Kamari Kenyon Meniefield, 16, is being held behind bars for his alleged role in the murder of 23-year-old Devin Anthony Meniefield earlier this week in Hagerstown. A suspect has been apprehended on rape and murder charges following an incident involving an elderly woman and juvenile in Harford County on Thursday, according to the Bel Air Police Department.
