Christian Okubo, 18, of Temple Hills, is facing murder charges in connection to the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Anthony Bullock, of Washington, DC, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department on Monday. Man Sexually Assaulted Child In Maryland, Additional Victims Possible: Police A Rockville man is behind bars without bond after being charged with sexually assaulting a child, and detectives fear there may be more victims, Montgomery County Police said. Wilmer Alvarado-Gomez, 37, allegedly assaulted the child on Thursday, Feb. 20, in the area of Parkland Drive in Rockville, according to police.  He is also accused of sending sexually explicit photos to the victim.
