A Baltimore man prohibited from possessing firearms was arrested for using a 3-D printer to manufacture ghost guns after a social media post caught the attention of law enforcement, authorities say. Kevin Wallace, 49, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 29, after a search warrant was executed at a home in the 400 block of North Rose Street around 4:40 p.m., according to Baltimore police.
