Fire crews were called at approximately 5:45 a.m. on Tuesday morning to the Galvinell Meat Company in Cecil County, where there was a reported fire with flames showing through the roof and smoke billowing through the air on Ragan Road in Conowingo. Neighbor Accused Of Setting BMW On Fire Amid Ongoing Dispute In Maryland An 86-year-old man did not make it far as he attempted to elude investigators after allegedly setting his neighbor’s BMW SUV on fire in Cecil County. A long-standing dispute came to a head on Monday night, when Conowingo resident Phillip Fleming allegedly set a 2019 BMW X3 on fire outside a Canning House Lane home and was caught on surveillance video.
